Do you wonder what to expect for your wedding reception in Italy? We always start with live-food station buffets: venues will cook or make appetisers right there and then. For example, fresh pasta served in small portions, fresh cheese, fried vegetables and prosciutto and salame cut before your eyes.
After the welcome cocktail, a seated dinner will serve 2 pasta courses, one main dish, side dishes, desserts buffet and coffees. The wedding cake is usually served at 10.00pm.
